I am a retired primary school teacher and Principal now working part-time in the language services industry.
Throughout my career I immersed primary school students in multimedia and the performing arts. I performed in school musicals, teachers' college musicals and revues, and I have been active in community theatre in regional Victorian groups Tongala Little Theatre and Gemco Players in Emerald in outer Melbourne.
I am accomplished in public speaking and lead professional training for teachers and language interpreters. I am a subscriber to the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, the Melbourne Theatre Company and the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM). I am a regular audience member at the ABC TV studio in Southbank, and a frequent attendee at international film festivals that are screened by Palace Cinemas.
